Anyway...

Writing about my life, but mostly about nothing. Expect drastic subject changes with the word "anyway."

What is wrong with that dog?

Evonne was in Boston over the weekend, but I didn't get to see her until Monday. She brought Sam (yay!), and we ate Chinese takeout, while watching Arrested Development, while petting Sam. I have a video of sam lying on the couch and running in place and then stops to uhh..lick himself. It's pretty funny, but you got to wonder, what is wrong with that dog? Evonne also got him a doggy polo shirt from Ralph Lauren. He looks very preppy and oh so cute! Anyway, Evonne and I had a good time together, even though it was short. She'll be back in December, so I'll probably see her again.

Big news on Tuesday. I finally submitted my first application! It's for Northwestern, and I pretty much spent most of my time on that one because it's my first choice. I really hope I get in. Now I have 9 more to go. I finished writing drafts of essays for all the schools that are due in October and November, but I haven't started December or January applications yet. Uugh, it never ends.

Last night I went to dinner with Noah, who I met at the MBA Tour at BU a couple weeks ago. Nice guy. He's a Yankees fan, but when the Sox lost, he turned to me sympathetically and said, "I'm sorry your Sox lost." I think he was being sincere too! The Sox have got to stop sucking. Maybe they can spend their day off getting focused.

I taped So You Think You Can Dance last night. I haven't watched it yet, but I did watch the end so I can find out who won. Why do I like spoiling things for myself? That reminds me, check out the new movie spoiler link on this page. Back to the show: I have to watch it sometime with Nahir. We're big fans! I didn't vote this week though. I would've been happy if any of the last four won. But I suppose I'm least happy about the one who actually won. Sigh. I miss Ryan (that's spiky hair guy. Too cool for school, oh yeah).
