Free Wednesday
One more gross comment about grow a pair. I was thinking about why I found that so funny, and I determined that it was because I had this image in my head of a garden to grow balls. Haha.
Anyway, last night was my last Marketing class. I'm not taking any classes this summer, so it'll be nice to have more free time. I'll be free Wednesday nights now. For the last class, we discussed the case study that we wrote our last paper and analyzed some TV commercials. We saw Motel 6 commercials with the famous fiddle tune and Tom Beaudette's voice. It brought me back to when I used to sit in the car with my dad and I'd hear that commercial on New radio 88. Anyway, I'm glad I took this class. For the most part, besides the group project, it was laid back and interesting. The class discussions kept me awake. On top of that, Carol Ann the teacher agreed to write me a recommendation for graduate school. She went to Northwestern, one of the places I plan to apply to, and she was raving about what a great time she had there. I asked her if she had any connections there, but sadly, no. Oh well.
After class last night, I was putting together stuff for the wedding. Karen doesn't read this blog, so I'll just say what I did. I bought these iron on sheets from Staples and a white long sleeve tee from Old Navy. The plan was to iron-on "Mrs. Jaw-Madson" across the front. But I burned the shirt. :( It doesn't look so bad, but now there's a light brown square across the front. Should I attempt to do it again or is a light brown square not so bad? Your thoughts?
