Anyway...

Writing about my life, but mostly about nothing. Expect drastic subject changes with the word "anyway."

24 great

I was at work pretty late last night running a simulation. I arrived home just in time to put the tape in for 24. And get this, I turned off the TV to write a paper for Marketing class. That takes so much will power, I'm very proud of myself. I wrote the paper with Chauncy sitting on my lap. I love having a dog, just wish he were real. My roommates all came home at once while I was writing my paper. It turns out that one of them just finished all her work for the semester and they all went to Mike's to celebrate. Too bad I wasn't home to go with them since I was still at work. I have a different schedule from the rest of them. They're usually home at some point on the weekdays, but I'm gone the entire day for work from when the house wakes up until after they've all have had dinner. Last night, the roomies did bring back ice cream though. So after I finished my paper, we all sat in the kitchen and enjoyed some ben and jerry's. It was fabulous. I got up first to get ready to go to OB's house to watch the season finale of 24.

24 was soo good. Favorite line: "What you think...is irrelevant" said by President Palmer to Cummins regarding Jack's potential to spill the beans to the Chinese. Two things we all wondered though: "What happened to Behrooz?" and "Why the heck didn't Howard say the person responsible for the consulate raid was Habib Marwan?" The gibroni squad strikes again. Is it just me or does it not faze you when a member of the gibroni squad gets shot. Like last night when Mia Kirshner was shooting at our heroes, one of the agents gets shot, and I thought, "Was that Jack? Was that Curtis? Oh, who cares then."

I'm glad my paper is finished. I had to finish it Monday even though class is on Wednesday because Maggie is coming to Boston for a visit, and I'm meeting up with her, her sister, Claire, Carol and Julie tonight. It'll be a nice little reunion.
