Stitches Midwest 2012
I went back to Schaumburg again for Stitches Midwest 2012. A few observations:
Almost every vendor was exactly how I remember them even where their booth was located. I also missed seeing some of the new trend in milk yarn this year, only to be replaced with buffalo yarn. Buffalo yarn becomes progressively softer the more you wash it. I also liked seeing a new yarn called Cashsilk Linea Pura, which was available at Mass Ave Knit Shop. But sadly it was $14.50 a skein. Here is how I came out this year
5 skeins of Laines du Nord prancer from Woolstock Yarn Shop
1skein of 50% bison/50% wool from Buffalo wool company
1 $5 skein of cotton yarn from Newton's Yarn Country
