13 years later...rent still rocks

Yesterday OB and I celebrated nine years together. He swears this is the last time we're celebrating our anniversary on April Fool's since we're getting married this summer, but I think we should at least celebrate next year (10 years!). To celebrate, we went to see Rent, the travelling broadway show. The last time I saw it, I was 16 years old, it was the original cast, and I arrived in line at 3 AM and slept on the street until 6 PM to get second row tickets for $20. It was also the first broadway show I had ever seen. Last night's show was still amazing! Adam Pascal, Anthony Rapp, and Gwen Stewart were there reprising their roles. I was discussing with OB what a disappointment the movie was, and there are just some things that don't translate to the big screen. Like the entire cast screaming in your face. A lot of people in the audience were singing along too, kind of like it was 13 years ago.
