More Paris

Hey, I've been here almost a month now, and I finally got a chance to see the Eiffel Tower. Last Sunday was the first sunday of the month, so all the national museums were free. I went to Musee Rodin (I was in the neighborhood), and I was surprised to see so many famous sculptures. I couldn't believe I saw The Thinker, which is super famous, but I had no idea who sculpted it. I also particularly liked all the sculptures with people making out. Here's a famous one called The Kiss. Anyway, I've been in Paris for abou three weeks in a row now and am getting a tad cabin-feverish. Luckily, I'm taking a trip to Dublin in a couple days to see my sister. Yay! The sale season is just about over in Paris, so I'm not missing much.
Anyway, I just wanted to say congrats to the NY Giants for winning the superbowl. I went to high school with one of the players, and he played very well during the game. I guess that's my one degree of separation from ultimate glory. Congratulations!Anyway, I've been playing my recorder that I got for christmas. I've gotten a lot better, and I've actually recorded me playing it. Now if I can figure out how to upload sound files into blogger, I would totally post it.

hey! Paris must be nice this time of year...not really tourist season so less lines at museums and sites? What do you think of the fashion in Paris? I remember not being able to fit into a lot of the clothes because Parisian bodies are in strange proportions. Blah, I was rooting for the Patriots for the superbowl. I thought it was such a hard loss to lose "the game" in the season and I almost cried.
