Back in Chicago

Man, it's great to be back. I missed my house, my friends, and just being a student. I don't know how i'll ever manage to work in a corp job for 40 more years. I get so bored sitting at a desk, and the only thing to keep me occupied is to eat. When i got back, I was dabbling with the idea of going into management consultant since they always seem so busy. but the hours suck, so that idea went out the window. I think i'll stick to marketing at a CPG and just accept the fact that I won't always have something to do.

Since I've been back, I've been super dedicated to socializing and enjoying myself. Last week was super fun. Classes didn't start until Thursday. On Monday I went to school for the 2nd year reception, it was so good to see everybody again. I ended up going out to dinner at Hai-Yen with some people. Then Tuesday I went out to a bar with the Panama trip leaders and OB. Then came back to watch the premiere of Beauty and the Geek. Wednesday I went to the Shecky's enCORE shopping event where I bought a really pretty headband. Then went out to dinner again with Ami, Josh and Monish. Friday I saw Superbad. Great movie. Saturday night OB took me to a really nice restaurant called Salpicon. It was a nice date night.
