ESSEC Winter Break

Just got back from winter break. I went on a trip to Athens and Istanbul. Only in Europe could I have pulled this off. Trip was excellent. Food was memorably good, and it was really eye opening to see other parts of the world. Life is so different in other countries, but it's not bad. Just different. And it's fun to explore and meet new people. The people in Istanbul were particularly nice, probably due to their hospitable culture. It was such a breath of fresh air from the lack of customer service in Paris. Anyway, I had some excellent street food in both places, but my favorite is probably the honey dipped donut in Istanbul. Here's a picture of meatballs from a really famous place in Sultanahmet called Sultanahmet Tahiri Kofteisci. Highly recommend it. Going on a few more trips this month before I head back home. This weekend I'm going to Prague and next weekend is Berlin.
