It finally happened

We won trivia and got 1st place!!!! Last night, there were substitute quizmasters at the bar. It was the team that usually wins. Anyway, we were in 1st place throughout the game, and at the end, we beat 2nd place by 24 points. Though the questions were still hard, I have a feeling it was easier than other weeks. And the questions had more clues. Like for instance, who was the Grammy winning artist that got his start on Moesha....and played the DJ in "She's All That?" Another one was "what 80's heartthrob played in "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes"....and his actress sister married an NHL star? This is not to say that we weren't awesome last night, but I think more clues definitely helped. Anyway, I wasn't really helping very much anyway until the movie bonus question in Round 5. The question was asking for the subtitle of a bunch of sequel movies: Charlie's Angels 2, Terminator III, Tomb Raider 2, Legally Blond, Miss Congeniality 2, Dumb and Dumberer, Speed 2, etc. Anyway, when we won, I was happy I kept hugging everyone. My days as a jinx are over!
