Happy New Year
I had a great New Years. I went to see a symphony concert for my big new years event. It was called Salute to Vienna, and there were singers and dancers too. The dancers blew, but I thought the singers were pretty good. The woman singer went all out and changed costumes for every song. During the interludes, she would dance.
I also watched a lot of movies over the weekend. I saw The Godfather, Annie Hall and The Great Escape. I didn't really like annie hall, but the other movies were great. Not that Annie Hall is a bad movie, but Woody Allen just irritates the hell out of me.
I watched some of Dick Clark's Rockin' New Years. It was so sad to see him struggling with speech. He had such an awesome announcer's voice. But then again, it became more obvious to me why Ryan Seacrest is in such high demand. He does have a pretty good annoucer's voice.
Anyone catch Arrested Development on Monday night? Hilarious! It just makes the fact that it's over so much more sad. But they did go out in style. I got the 2nd season for Christmas, so at least I have something to look forward to.
