Damn you Patient Zero....Damn you

After lots of resisting, loading up on Airborne and not sleeping, Patient Zero has finally won. I am sick. It all started Friday night, which pretty much screwed me for the weekend. All my activities were during the day, and I sat at home at night. Saturday afternoon I saw Rent with Annie and Molly. It was good, not great, but good. Then I went to Bartley's for lunch. This place was totally awesome. The burger I had was delicious, and the oreo milkshake was mmm...fatty. Then I went to Beadworks with Annie, and we picked out stuff to make earrings. I'm ambitious for my first attempt, I hope it works out. Anyway, Annie, Molly and I were chatting, and I told them that OB wanted to see Rent too, and they were like, "OB likes musicals?" I know, I know, and he's straight! But Molly's guy Steve likes to shop and Annie's hubby watches ballet. Just some food for thought.

I also watched a lot of Arrested Development Season 1 DVDs this weekend. I only have one episode left. That show is fucking hilarious! Please watch it, Monday at 8 on Fox. It's on the verge of being cancelled, but I'm holding on to hope. I think it's definitely a show that you need to get to know the characters first before you really enjoy it. Kinda like what happened with Coupling and me. First episode, ehh, it was ok. But by the end of the third episode, I was hooked. So my new Monday night schedule is 8 PM Arrested Development, 8:30 PM How I Met Your Mother and starting January, 9 PM 24. Wow!
