Happy 4th

Ok, so I know it's three days later, but happy 4th of July! I had a really fun weekend. I went to New Hampshire to Jamie's family cabin for four days. It's in the woods, right on the lake. Besides the bugs, I loved it. We got to take out the boat this time. Jamie and I both got our boaters license (it took us four hours of reading on the internet), and we were able to drive when people went waterskiing. It was nice of her to trust me to drive the boat. Anyway, we also went swimming in the lake, made campfires, ate smores, and cooked bbq. It felt very...hmm...what's the word...patriotic? Like I'm really enjoying America's nature.

Anyway, I have to recover from that weekend. I overate, esp. on the ice cream. And I slept a lot! For some reason, when I'm vacationing anywhere, meaning I'm away from my routine life, I just get very lethargic. It doesn't matter where I am, I'm just capable of sleeping an exorbitant amount. Call it a talent or a curse.
